Each unit should be complete with air system, cyclon, air loch …etc. i.e. the unit is completely self contained.

Operation voltage is 380V, 3 ph, 50 hz.

Protection of all motors and electrical parts should be I P 54 or better.

The units should be suitable for continuous use at an ambient temp of 50 °C.

 

Technical specifications fro tempering units

1. The quantities and capacity of the tempering units required are as shown bellow.
2. Each unit should consist of the following basic parts:
 
A. A sensor (S) which senses the initial moisture content of the grain flow in the range of 6-18% and also senses the moisture content of the dampened grain in the range of 18% or more.
B. A controller coupled to the sensor with a device for setting the required final moisture content in the dampened grain. According to the mentioned setting the controller determines the amount of water to be added based on the initial moisture content reading of the sensor (S).
C. A flow meter or continuous weigher which determines the amount of grain dampened this weigher should have the possibility of being connected to a computer which registers the amount of grain dampened.
D. An intensive dampener complete with screw conveyors, paddles, water piping, water manual and electro-magnetic valves, water pump(s), air compressor(s) cables for interconnections, control boards, motors, switches …etc. i.e. it should be completely self sufficient. The intensive dampener is completely controlled by the above mentioned controller in item (B)

4. The sensor, controller, weigher and all other relevant parts should be temperature compensated.
5. Operating voltage is 380V, 3PH, 50HZ.

7. A priced spare parts list for two years operation is to be included in the offer.
8. The supply should include a set of operating, maintenance and spare parts catalogues with each unit plus two extra sets for our technical department.
9. Drawing, catalogues, photographs and any other clarification means should accompany the offer.
10. The offer should include supervision of errection and starting up of some of the units for a period of one month by your technicians and at the same time training a group of our engineers and technicians on the errection and starting of other units and on repairing faults which may occur in operation. All costs relating to your technicians are to be born by you. The starting of the above mentioned month of supervision shall be agreed upon latter between our two companies.
11. The offer should include the training of two of our engineers at your factory for a suitable period on the repair of faults which may occur in electronic parts.

 

Rotary Magnets

1. The magnets should be of the rotary self-cleaning type suitable for fitting in flour mills.
2. The unit should be complete with the rotary self-cleaning magnet and all other accessories.
3. Protection of all electrical parts should IP54 or better.
4. Operating voltage is to be 380V, 50HZ, 3PH.
5. The units should be suitable for use at an ambient temp. of 50°C.
6. The offer should include a priced spare parts list for two years operation.
7. The strength of magnet should be stated in the offer and should be sufficient to remove a high percentage of iron pieces from the stream of grain.
8. Operation and spare parts catalogues should be supplied with each magnet.

Filling capacity 100-150 bags per month per hour, weight of each bag 50kg.
Method of vibration is to be used in the bag filling process.
Each filling ststion is to be complete with all accessories including counters, safety devices..etc.

Each filling station should include:
- an electronic weigher of a recent generation with the possibility of connecting it to a computer;
- a belt conveyor for moving the filled bags from the station which has a sewing head for sewing the filled bags

Operating voltage is to be 380V, 50HZ.
Protection of all motors and electrical parts should be IP 54 or better.

Technical specifications for belt-conveyors

Qty. 90 Units,
Hand movable belt conveyors of a type similar to the one shown in the sketch and of the following specifications:

1. The conveyor consists two parts; the belt of each part is driven by an independent motor.
2. Each part can be moved vertically and independently from the other part by a hydraulic system, the range of vertical movement should be from near zero level at the tip of the belt to about three metres above horizontal level for the long part and about one metre for the short part.
3. It should be possible to reverse the direction of movement of the belt through a simple push button or a switch.
4. Each belt should be fitted with an independent tensioning device.
5. The hydraulic system should be self sufficient and includes a tank of a suitable size and a pump; a hand operated pump is acceptable.
6. The types on which conveyor moves should be of the solid rubber type and fitted with hand brake.
7. The conveyors should be of strong construction suitable for heavy duty use and at the same time as light as possible and easily movable.
8. The belt should be of the non slip anti static multiply type, a small sample of the belt should be submitted with the offer.
9. The rollers should be galvanized and should not need periodic oiling or greasing.
10. Protection of all electrical parts should be IP54 or better.

12. The width of the belt is to be 80cm; other dimensions are to be as shown in the sketch.
13. Each conveyor should be fitted with a 25cm. long 4 core flexible cable with thick outer insulation and with the each core well marked.
14. All metal parts of the conveyor should be well connected to the earth core of the cable.
15. The conveyor should be fitted with electrical control for each belt for start/stop and reserve functions.
16. The conveyor should be able transport twenty bags of flour of 50kg. per minute continuously at least.
17. The conveyor should be suitable for operating at ambient temp. of 50c.
18. The offer should include a priced spare parts list for two years heavy duty operation.
19. The offer should include the training of four of our engineers on the repair and maintenance of the conveyor, the training is to take place at your factory for a period of fifteen days, all costs are to be borne by you.
20. The supply should include a set of operating, maintenance and spare parts catalogues with each conveyor, plus two extra sets for our technical dept.
21. The offer should include photos, drawing …etc, shoeing details of the offered conveyors, a list of previous similar supplies is welcomed.
22. If the conveyors arrive in Iraq dismantle then re-building should be done under your supervision and at you expense, and by your experts.
23. The conveyors should be guaranteed for a period of nine month from the date of arrival in Iraq.
