The Adacel simulators will allow the ICAA to train its operatives to the highest standards and in-line with international regulations. The proper operation of the ATC network is of utmost importance to the safety of Iraq’s airspace. The simulators will provide trainee’s with a 360° field of vision accurately reproducing the situation experienced in an airport as well as the airspace above. The system itself uses a variety of interfaces and hardware options in order to closely resemble what the operators will actually work with in future. The training tower is designed to specifically demonstrate how every aspect of ATC operation works.
