Al-Burhan Group launches Helicopter Service

As part of its expanding portfolio of operations; Al-Burhan Group has launched a Helicopter Transport service for business clients and guests. Commercial and Industrial activity is expanding dramatically in Iraq with construction projects being built all over the nation. However, Iraq is a relatively large country, businessmen and engineers often have to travel great distances by road in order to reach their destinations. This new helicopter shuttle service allows for the rapid, safe and reliable movement of passengers throughout Iraq.

The helicopter is able to carry up to 8 passengers in comfort and has a range of 250 miles allowing it to make the journey from Baghdad to either the south of north of the country. Southern Iraq is particularly suited to helicopter travel due to the very wide distribution of various Oil & Gas facilities. International firms such as BP and Petroplan will undoubtedly benefit from such a service by allowing their workers to access remote locations with ease.

	The fleet of helicopters will be based in Baghdad and available for request at short notice. The aircraft will be registered nationally and be fully complaint with international safety standards and practices. In due course, Al-Burhan Group will be launching a dedicated website for booking information to assist users of the service. Our hope is for this service to become the first choice for long distance or rapid VIP national travel in Iraq. Passengers will be able to get onto the helicopter minutes after landing by airplane at Baghdad International Airport. It is again, another part of Al-Burhan Group’s strategy of making Iraq a modern, attractive place to do business.
