1. Responsibilities
Accident can be avoided by the use of food program judgment, common sense & adherence to company’s S&H:
1.1. Site manager with management group will lead by example, modelling the behaviour expected from all employees performing work.
1.2. Site management will ensure that employees are informed of hazardous condition, concern so near miss incidents.
1.3. The cooperation & commitment to safety are critical components in making the work place safe. Be consistently alert for potentially hazardous situation & strive to perform every assigned work task in safe manner.
1.4. Promote open communication cooperation & trust between Power Engineering World & employees with regards to optimizing environmental health and safety.
1.5. Recognize outstanding S&H performance in order to increase commitment & participation.
1.6. Facilitate compliance with applicable statutory regulations and all requirements of this plan.
1.7. The zero accident team in order to
1.7.1. Pursue & maintain a zero accident environment.
1.7.2. Reduce personal injury equipment & property damage & prevent recurrences.
1.7.3. Establish clear responsibility and accountability for implementation of the plan.
1.7.4. Site manager of Power Engineering World monitoring compliance with the applicable health & safety requirement.
1.7.5. Power Engineering World safety manager shall provide information to employees regarding their emergency response responsibilities.
1.7.6. Power Engineering World safety manager shall file health & safety performance reports.
1.7.7. Power Engineering World safety manager shall advise employees of hazardous condition or min incident.

2. Medical Services & Medical Treatment
To provide the site office with a doctor or a nurse & medical clinic room.
2.1. Medical care shall include all kinds of first aid, some physical activity, loss of water, fatigue and other conditions and take precautions to prevent it.
2.2. Power Engineering World shall provide a vehicle for transportation the employees during the emergencies conditions.

3. Procedures.
3.1. safety officer shall explain all health & safety procedures for the employees to prevent any risk accident during the working or commissioning.
3.2. Site manager and safety officer should check the working area free of hazards.
3.3. Safety officer should check all proper precaution during the construction.
3.4. Safety officer shall obtain a hot work permit prior to starting any work task involving a source of ignition.

4. Tools & equipments
4.1. To provide and monitor to ensure that all tools re used in accordance with safety recommendations have required guards in place and are maintained in good working order and all vehicles and equipments on the jobsite will be equipped with back-up alarms.
4.2. safety officer shall be inspected daily to ensure that all tools are in proper working order. Damage or defective tools must be tagged “out of service” and immediately returned to the room for repair.
4.3. Safety officer shall be checked the grinders and other power tools have proper guards in place at all times.
4.4. Safety officer shall be monitoring the condition of the employees during working on scaffolding and hoses must:
4.4.1. Be placed out of working ways and all off stairs or ladders.
4.4.2. Be secured a minimum of 7 feet (2.1 meters) above walk ways.
4.4.3. Cords and hoses shall be secured with care to prevent their being damaged by other equipment or materials.

5. Personnel protective equipment
5.1. Request its employees to wear eye protection equipped with hard side shields.
5.2. To wear sturdy leather work shoes or boots.
5.3. Employees shall wear hardhats at all times when the job sites.
5.4. Employees shall wear long pants and suitable shirts.


6. Fire prevention
6.1. Employees shall have a basic knowledge of fire prevention procedures, fire clarifications and the appropriate extinguishing agents.
6.2. Safety officer shall check the proper precautions.
6.3. Safety officer shall not attempt any work involving a source of ignition near a pit, sewer, drain, manhole, trench or enclosed space where flammable gases may exist.
6.4. Shall not allow for open fire.

7. Scaffolding
To use engineered and safe scaffold material, erected and maintained under the control of clients required.

8. Cranes & material handling
8.1. To designate a qualified supervisor to determine the methods of plans for rigging operations to insure its crane operations and lifting activities.
8.2. To ensure no equipment is operated if hazardous conditions are indentified relating to that piece of equipment or its use.


9. Electrical equipment impaction
9.1. Safety offices shall be checked damaged or detective electrical tools must be tagged “out of service” and returned immediately to the tool room for repair.
9.2. Tempering with or the unauthorised repair of electrical tools equipment is prohibited.
9.3. Temporary lighting used in damp and or hazardous locations shall be operated at a maximum 12 volts or shall be explosion proof.
9.4. If required to work on a high-voltage (over 600 volts) energized lines and equipment get a permit for that.
9.5. Temporary lighting must have guards over the bulbs. Broken and burned-out lamps/bulbs must be replaced immediately.

10. Utility location
To implement a utility locate process that physically identifies under ground utilities (piping, electrical…etc) when excavating. The utility locate document shall be on location and used for work planning during excavation and boring activities.
