Capabilities:
Electrical work: Erection, repairing, rehabilitation of steam and gas turbines and carrying out general maintenance with capability of studying and analysing problem exposure with an aim of finding suitable solutions allowing a return to high efficiency operation. PEW also renovates steam boilers, heat exchangers & valves carrying out general maintenance and providing fault diagnostics. In addition PEW undertakes all forms of necessary construction work for installation of GTG system as well as mechanical balancing of gas power-plant projects.
Mechanical works: PEW, as part of its mechanical works division carries out construction work to facilitate the electrical balancing of gas power-plant projects. Capabilities include the erection of sub-stations and reparation of individual components. Erection of high voltage towers and re-construction of the associated electrical network is a key speciality of PEW. The company also has a long history of experience in installation and maintenance of appliances and electrical transformers at all capacity levels.
Chemical works: Executing the chemical washing works for all capacities of steam boilers is an arduous task for which PEW has the appropriate expertise and equipment. PEW also installs water treatment units and provides supervision for their operation and maintenance.
Civil works: Construction of all power plants civil work including machines foundations, industrial buildings switchyard foundations, cable trenches, steel structures, concrete water tanks, workshop and housing. PEW can call on an experienced team of planners, engineers and architects to deliver projects on a turn-key basis.
Automatic Control works: PEW can provide a strong level of expertise in erection and maintenance of automatic control appliances for industrial application. This critical important task ensures the safe operation of industrial equipment. PEW can also ascertain correct measurements and undertake wiring works to bring equipment back to full efficiency and safety standards.
Telecommunication: Installation and maintenance of PLC, MW, RTU, DAS & SCADA systems. PEW, through its telecommunication division, carries out line installations and repairs for industrial communication systems. An experienced team of engineers and planners can undertake work on a variety of systems in order to maintain optimum data distribution and monitoring.
