Scope of Work:
- Erection, Maintenance & rehabilitation of all parts of the Power Stations (boiler, turbine, pumps, heat exchangers, water pipes, steam pipes, n. gas pipes, air pipes, fuel pipes lines generators, main switch board & control panel) including the construction of all these parts according to the drawings, instruction & supervision of the supplying company.
- Execution of indoor & outdoor electrical sub-stations.
- Execution of networks transmission lines (33KV, 132KV & 400KV) with the suitable towers for each line, including all civil, mechanical & electrical works.
- Manufacturing of control & power panels of different shapes & capacities.
- Execution of all kinds of fuel & water tanks (i.e fixed or floating roofs fuel tanks) and different types and diameters of pipe lines for water fuel, N. Gas & Air (carbon steel pipes & St. Steel pipes).
- Execute of small and large oil refineries.
- Execute of water treatment units and plants. Manufacturing of a small fire tube boilers up to 20 Ton/h in capacity also manufacturing heat exchangers.
- Maintenance & rehabilitation of Gas turbine units, also the construction of new units including the civil, Mechanical and electrical works with all auxiliaries.

which includes: Boiler, Turbine, generator & all auxiliaries (Pumps, valves, Heat exchanger, tanks, water treatment plant, pipe lines…etc). Also the maintenance for the Sub-Station (indoor & Outdoor) of the unit in (all the Unit Transformers, C.Bs & checking all cables and wiring diagrams). Also the replacement of all the local control instruments & control panels with all cables & wirings then install a new instrumentation equipments & control panels with new cabling and wiring. |
